Property Viewings

We offer a property viewing service for landlords and letting agents who require someone to attend and conduct viewings with prospective tenants. This service helps reduce the time and travel involved in arranging viewings while ensuring the property is presented professionally to potential tenants. During the viewing we provide access to the property, accompany prospective tenants while they view the property, answer general questions about the layout and features, and ensure the property is properly secured once the viewing has finished. This can help speed up the letting process, reduce vacancy periods and provide a convenient solution when landlords or agents are unable to attend themselves. For added flexibility, we are also able to carry out evening and weekend viewings, helping to accommodate prospective tenants who may not be available during normal working hours.

Property Viewings – £40 per viewing

If multiple viewings are carried out during the same visit, a reduced rate of £25 per additional viewing applies.
